Pabina is an accomplished investment professional, responsible for driving the asset management strategy of the organization. He has two decades of experience in investment advisory, research, portfolio management, and institutional sales. His career is defined by pioneering achievements that have transformed the Nigerian financial landscape.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, Pabina was Chief Investment Officer at Access Pensions where he effectively managed an impressive $2 billion in assets across 16 funds. Pabina launched the very first Non-Interest Pension and Aggressive Pension Funds in Nigeria. His visionary leadership drove investment performance to secure back-to-back top-two rankings within the pension industry.

Before joining Access Pensions, his role at Vetiva Capital Management as first, Head of Investment Research and later, Director of Institutional Business, was marked by insightful analysis and strategic communication that attracted and retained over $300 million in assets under management. He was part of the team that introduced Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to the Nigerian market.

Prior to this, Pabina served as Head, Research at the Asset Management Division at Access Bank PLC where he established the Economic and Market Research Desk and successfully launched the Division’s maiden Mutual Funds offering, raising $13 million.

He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Ambrose Alli University. He has also attended numerous courses in leadership and strategy.

With his renowned contributions and diverse expertise in finance, Pabina remains an invaluable asset to the investment and asset management space.

Amarachi is a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) certified Funds Manager and currently functions as the Regional Head, Asset Management (North) division of Norrenberger Asset Management Limited.
Prior to Joining Norrenberger, she was a Business Development Officer in the Private Banking business unit at Investment One Financial Services Group. She is experienced in HNI business prospecting, development, equities market, registrar liaison, portfolio/relationship management and succession planning.

Ekene Okechukwu is currently the Regional Head, Asset Management (South-South) of Norrenberger. He is a result-oriented and astute financial consultant who has gained over 13 years of banking experience especially in the area of Business Development, Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management. Ekene is also a Google-Certified Data Analyst.
Prior to joining Norrenberger, he worked as an Assistant Manager of FBNQuest Merchant Bank Ltd, Port Harcourt where he co-championed the birth of various products including the FBN Easy Retirement Package focused on Seniors. He also represented the Bank in various fora, seminars and engagement sessions. He previously worked with Kakawa Discount House Ltd as a Relationship Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Accounting from the Enugu State University of Science & Technology. He also has an MBA of Business Administration from the University of Nicosia,

Victor Onyema currently leads the Portfolio Management Unit of Norrenberger Asset Management Limited. He is a chartered accountant with a passion for Fixed Income Trading and Portfolio Management. Victor has about 7 years of experience in the Finance industry with experience spanning Commercial Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, he worked as the Portfolio Manager at PAC Asset Management, where he completed various Fixed Income deals and launched two Collective Investment schemes. He also previously worked with United Bank for Africa as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Division.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Covenant University and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Bedfordshire, Luton, United Kingdom. He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAN).

Roseline is a highly skilled risk management professional with about 10 years of experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating financial, operational and strategic risks, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, she worked as the Financial Risk Manager in ARM Pension Managers and supervised the operational risk desk. She also worked as an ISO Lead Implementer, ensuring the certification of the organisation.

Roseline started her risk management career with Heritage Bank, where she worked in both the credit and market risk departments during her time there. Her key achievement includes the automation of the risk management processes which resulted in better efficiency.

She holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Abuja and an M.Sc in Financial Risk Management from the London Metropolitan University. Roseline is ISO 270001 Lead Implementer certified and is currently pursuing her FRM certification.

Raphael currently heads the Compliance & Internal Control Unit of Norrenberger. He is a solutions-driven and passionate compliance professional. He has about 8 years of extensive compliance experience in banking and capital market sector.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, he worked as the Head of Compliance for the Capital Market Subsidiaries of Nova Merchant Bank Limited, where he excelled and was part of the team that established the stock broking arm of the business. During his stay, he was also part of the asset management team that successfully launched 3 mutual funds. He also previously worked as a compliance officer for FBNQuest Merchant Bank.

Raphael started his career with Emerging Platforms Limited (seconded to National Open University of Nigeria) as a Subject Matter Analyst, before proceeding to FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited, where he took up the role as a Relationship Manager, covering Western Nigeria, and then switched to the Compliance Unit as a Compliance Officer. He aided in regulatory reports rendition, policy development, trainings, regulatory correspondences, and regulatory examinations.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension Services, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria.

Chinedu is an IT professional with a proven track record in Technology innovations, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, IT Risk & Controls, Web Design/Development and Database Administration. With over 8 years of experience in technology, he has delivered value through driving technological advancements, ensuring cybersecurity, and optimising IT operations to align with business objectives.

He holds professional certifications such as Certified Control Objective for Information & Related Technology (COBIT/ISACA), information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL/Service Management), Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.
