The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) granted Norrenberger Investment & Capital Management Limited (NICML) a fund management license, reinforcing our status as a trusted and fully regulated financial institution.
With the incorporation of Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited (NAPL), the foundation for our financial services ecosystem was established.
With these key milestones achieved, Norrenberger Financial Group officially commenced operations, delivering innovative and client-focused financial solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of New Frontiers Developments; a venture capital investment firm focused on SMEs.
His wealth of experience ranges from Investment & Portfolio Management, Strategy, Financial Risk Management, Modelling, Financial Reporting and Operations Management. In his role as CIO of New Frontiers Developments, Tony originated and executed several landmark investments and private equity deals which has gained international recognition. He has worked on several green and brownfield transactions covering Oil & Gas, Power, Agriculture, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services and Impact Investing. Tony was part of the leadership team that successful transformed an ailing mortgage bank and positioned it as one of the major lenders in the Nigeria financial services sector.
He started his career with the audit firm of KPMG Professional Services (formerly Arthur Andersen) where he spent nearly a decade. While at KPMG, he led various risk management projects on Basel II, Stress Testing Financial Institutions, Asset and Liability Management and Credit & Market Risk Management. He was also accredited by KPMG International to provide advisory services to clients in Credit Risk and Economic Capital Modelling.
He graduated from the University of Ilorin with a degree in Computer Science as the overall best student and attended INSEAD Business School (France and Singapore) for his MBA where he was an INSEAD-Goldman Sachs Scholar. While at INSEAD he was the leader of the Emergent Young African Entrepreneurs. He is also an Alumni of the Wharton Program on International Housing Finance. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).
He has also undertaken several professional training courses across the globe. In the year 2014, he was nominated amongst six Nigerians for the Desmond Tutu Fellowship program. He currently sits on the board of several companies in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Norrenberger she worked with the Debt Management Office (DMO) as a Special Adviser. Queen spent three years at HSBC Bank in the United Kingdom (UK) in various capacities, including as Project Co-Ordinator for the ring-fenced bank project and as Business Analyst on multibillion-pound projects. She previously worked at Ernst & Young (UK) for three years as a Financial Management Associate, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. She also led the project finance delivery for Oska Jo & Partners Ltd, overseeing and monitoring over 7 active power projects valued at over 2.5 billion Naira.
Queen holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Warwick. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Information Technology (British Computer Society) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Amani has a solution-driven mindset, with a futuristic view and value-oriented thinking. He promotes stewardship in the workplace, sees around the corners, and goes beyond borders to create and deliver value. He has over 20 years of professional work experience, with the last 14 spent in anchoring clients’ programmes, winning business, strategy planning, design and implementation, research, brand, marketing and communications, project-managing economic summits, market entry advisory, public relations, eminence, corporate responsibility, sustainability, and climate programmes.
Prior to joining Norrenberger, Amani worked as West Africa Head of Industry Programme at Deloitte. In this role, he worked within the Deloitte Africa industry group charged with the responsibility for the development and execution of hyper-growth strategies across all sectors to achieve the “category of one” status and provide distinctive services to clients. The role also extended to implementing WorldClass and WorldClimate global programmes on impacting 100 million futures by 2030 and commitment to achieving net zero emissions/engaging ecosystems on responsible climate choices, respectively.
Amani has also previously worked with KPMG Nigeria and Arthur Andersen (before the transition to KPMG). At KPMG, he headed the Marketing Operations/Business Development team that planned and implemented marketing and winning business strategies and delivery on global and regional mandates for the West Africa sub-region, including corporate citizenship and social investment programmes.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ambrose Alli University and an HND from Yaba College of Technology. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing, an honorary fellow of the Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals and completed the Strategic Marketing Programme of the Lagos Business School.
Amani is a tech and digital enthusiast and has a huge passion for social work. Outside of the 8-5 routine, he spends time in the communities working on human development programmes. He volunteers for several charities and leads driving societal change variously as co-founder, trustee, or chairman of non-governmental organisations in the educational, health, advocacy, leadership, and climate space. Amani is a recipient of the KPMG Africa and Nigeria social responsibility awards in recognition of outstanding individual commitment to social upliftment, and providing leadership and volunteering for United for Kids Foundation.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, she worked as an Executive Search Specialist heading the Investment Banking and Asset Management Unit at Oscar Temple. This experience provided her with valuable insights into talent acquisition and the intricacies of the financial services industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Biochemistry from Ambrose Alli University and a Master’s degree in international human resource management from Rome Business School. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resource international (SPHRi).

Prior to joining Norrenberger, he was the Head of the Legal Services Department of Nigerian Exchange Limited and subsequently the Lead, Group Legal Services of Nigerian Exchange Group PLC. In both positions, he oversaw the Legal functions of Nigerian Exchange Group, Nigerian Exchange Limited, NGX Regulation Limited, NGX Real Estate Limited amongst other affiliates of the NGX Group. He was responsible for, amongst others, the strategic guidance and direction of the Legal team in a way that aligns with the strategic objectives of the NGX Group and its Subsidiaries.
At the NGX he was a focal part of key projects at the NSE, which includes initiatives on creating a sustainable Derivatives Market in Nigeria, the Central Counterparty Clearing House (CCP) project, demutualization of the Nigerian Exchange Group, from a mutual entity to a publicly traded exchange, as well as the development and launch of the novel NGX Invest platform, an e-offering platform designed to streamline Public Offerings and Rights Issues in the Nigerian capital market.
He worked at a commercial law firm of Probitas Partners LLP, where he provided legal and company secretarial services to numerous companies, spanning various industries, including Capital Market, Financial Services, Energy, Real Estate amongst others.
Kevwe, holds a LL.B. from the University of Benin, B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, and a Masters in Business Administration from Rome Business School. He is also an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
