Meet The CEOs
Prior to joining Norrenberger, Pabina was Chief Investment Officer at Access Pensions where he effectively managed an impressive $2 billion in assets across 16 funds. Pabina launched the very first Non-Interest Pension and Aggressive Pension Funds in Nigeria. His visionary leadership drove investment performance to secure back-to-back top-two rankings within the pension industry.
Before joining Access Pensions, his role at Vetiva Capital Management as first, Head of Investment Research and later, Director of Institutional Business, was marked by insightful analysis and strategic communication that attracted and retained over $300 million in assets under management. He was part of the team that introduced Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to the Nigerian market.
Prior to this, Pabina served as Head, Research at the Asset Management Division at Access Bank PLC where he established the Economic and Market Research Desk and successfully launched the Division’s maiden Mutual Funds offering, raising $13 million.
He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Ambrose Alli University. He has also attended numerous courses in leadership and strategy.
With his renowned contributions and diverse expertise in finance, Pabina remains an invaluable asset to the investment and asset management space.
Joseph is a 2003 graduate of The Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa with an HND in Accountancy and concluded his master’s in business administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho in 2012. In 2013, he was awarded Certified Customer Service Leader by Service Quality Institute (An internationally acclaimed service standard organization).
He started his banking career at GTBank Plc in 2003. He left the bank in May 2008 for ASO Savings and Loans Plc where he worked as Head of Operations and as Head, Domestic Operations. During his time as Head, Domestic Operations, he was responsible for maintaining the bank’s relationship with correspondent banks and ensuring the bank’s liquidity threshold is maintained. From there, he proceeded to MGSL Mortgage Bank Limited in May 2014 and worked as the Group Head, Operations. He was saddled with the task of re-organizing the banking operations department as the bank was rebranding because of acquisition from former owners.
Subsequently, Joseph joined VFD Microfinance Bank Limited in March 2016 where he worked as Head, Operations and Credit Management. He was saddled with the responsibility of ascertaining the suitability and eligibility of customers coming for the loan facility. He also oversaw the Recovery as well as the Customer Service Units of the Bank. A position he held until September 2016 when he resigned to join Cash vantage Limited as General Manager.
Joseph has over 16 years of experience in professional banking across the financial services industry. He has constantly updated his knowledge through regular training programs including Anti Money Laundering activities, Operational Risk Management, Effective Customer Service Delivery, Report Writing, Fraud Identification, Prevention & Control Skills, Leadership Enhancement and Performance, Introduction to International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS), Project Process Management Course (PMBOK) among others.
In her previous role at FBN Mortgages Limited, she led the development of several large-scale residential projects and implemented innovative strategies that significantly improved the organization’s financial performance. Renowned for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams, Bolanle excels at optimizing operations and cultivating strong customer relationships.
She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Cost Management. Bolanle’s extensive training in strategic management, ethical leadership, and real estate finance highlights her commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth. Her career is defined by her capacity to lead with vision, integrity, and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Prior to joining Norrenberger, he worked as the Head of Equity Sales & Stockbroking Operations at Quantum Zenith Securities & Investments Limited, where he excelled as a Sales expert and was part of the team under Quantum Zenith Group that acted as both Joint Issuing Houses and Joint Stockbroker to the Airtel Africa Initial Public Offer that raised about $750 million in 2019.
Elvis started his career with the then Zenith Securities Limited (now Quantum Zenith Securities & Investments Limited), the Stockbroking subsidiary of Zenith Bank Plc, where he got grounded in stockbroking operations, Lien services, Equity research and sales.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Process Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer & Textile Engineering (B.Eng.) from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange Group and a Sponsored Individual of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
Prior to joining Transkredit, he worked at Norrenberger Investment and Capital Management Limited(“NICML”) as the Head, Group Sales Executives.
He has also worked with Sterling Bank Plc. as the Unit Head, Abuja & the North (Private Banking), Diamond Bank Plc.(now Access Bank Plc.) where he rose from an Assistance Manager – Private Banking to a Relationship Manager – Private Banking (Ultra High Net Worth Individual), ARM Investment Manager Limited where he rose from the position of Relationship Manager to Experienced Analyst/Head, Institutional Desk(North), Stanbic IBTC Bank where he rose from the position of Mobile Sales to the Brach Head, and the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital-School of Nursing.
He holds a BSc in Human Anatomy from the University of Ilorin, and a Post Graduate Certificate from the University of Liverpool, UK. He has undertaken several professional trainings over the years and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (Associate), the Chartered Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria, the Institute of Banker, The Nigerian Institute of Management, the Chartered Auctioneer Institute and Chartered Retail Banking.
He graduated with a B.Sc degree in Zoology from the University of Ibadan in 1988 and an MBA Marketing) degree from the University of Lagos in 2005.
His experience in the insurance industry has spanned for over two decades. Olasupo began his career in insurance in 1992 as a Reinsurance Underwriter with Guinea Insurance Plc., Lagos. In 2010, he joined FBN Insurance Limited (Subsidiary of First Bank & Sanlam of South Africa) as the Head, Corporate Division where he rose to the position of Head, Brokers & Public Sector.
As a result of his extraordinary leadership skills, Olasupo acted as the Managing Director of FBN General Insurance Limited from December 2015 – April 2016.
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He has attended many high profile conferences and trainings both locally and internationally. Olasupo is married with children.
Oladipo's extensive expertise encompasses Capital Markets, Non-Interest Banking, Financial Advisory, Transaction Structuring & Management and Investor Relations for Corporate Institutions and Governments at both the State and Federal Levels. He started his career at the Central Bank of Nigeria where he worked as an Analyst for his youth Service. His work spans a diverse range of sectors, including Capital Markets, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Banking, Commodities, and Green Financing, totalling a deal size of over N1.5 trillion.
Oladipo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Hull. During his time at the university, he developed a strong foundation in economic theory and its practical applications in the business world.
Nasiru has held several leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Finance and Banking Operations at 9 Payment Service Bank (9PSB). At 9PSB, Nasiru established a platform aimed at facilitating financial inclusion for Nigeria's underbanked communities. He was primarily responsible for developing the bank's financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting, as well as managing investments to achieve optimal returns while effectively managing inherent risks.
Before assuming the position of 9PSB, Nasiru served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Premium Pension Limited, the Head of Finance/Treasurer at the Nigeria Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority, and the Financial Controller at Backbone Connectivity Network (Nig) LTD. From 2013 to 2018, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Business Process Solutions Consult. In this role, Nasiru played a key part in the development of an 80 Mega Watt Solar Plant project in Jigawa State, which is a groundbreaking green initiative currently progressing towards completion and aimed at enhancing energy access for the region. Additionally, Nasiru has gained valuable experience at well-known financial institutions, including Guarantee Trust Bank PLC, FSB International Bank PLC, and Intercity Bank PLC.
Nasiru is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Nasiru holds a second-Class upper undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. He has undertaken several executive management courses, including the Wharton School’s "FinTech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services & Strategies," the Senior Management Program at Lagos Business School (LBS), and the International Petroleum Management Certificate Program through the International Human Resources Development Corporation in Boston, USA, among others.
